By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to accept and abide by these terms and conditions.
Handcrafted Nature: All items are meticulously handcrafted with love, emphasizing the uniqueness of each piece. Due to the artisanal process,
variations and imperfections are inherent, contributing to the distinctive character of the artwork.
Sold “As Is”: All items are sold in their current condition, and no guarantees are made regarding perfection or flawlessness what-so-ever. Resin
sets in 24 hours, but will only cure 100% in 30 days, please allow for proper curing if received before 30 day period taking extra care not to scratch it or
placing it face down. Purchasers acknowledge that the handcrafted nature may result in slight irregularities, enhancing the artistic value of the piece.
Non-Returnable: All sales are final. Due to the bespoke and personalized nature of the artworks, returns are not accepted. We encourage
customers to thoroughly review product descriptions and images before making a purchase decision.
Zero Refunds: No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to flaws, perceived imperfections, or damage incurred during
shipping or handling. By completing a purchase, customers agree to the no-refund policy.
Payment Policy: Full Upfront Payment is Required: To ensure fair and efficient transactions, full payment for all non-custom orders is required
before your handcrafted resin / 3D printed treasure embarks on its journey to you. We accept secure payments through EFT and Proof of Payment to be
emailed. Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll promptly ship your chosen piece, bringing its unique beauty to your doorstep.
Customized Orders: For those seeking a truly personalized touch, we offer custom designs! To secure your unique resin / 3D printed creation, a
non-refundable 70% deposit is required upfront. This helps cover the time and materials invested in making your bespoke dream a reality. Please
consider carefully before placing a custom order, as cancellations after the deposit is paid will not be eligible for refunds.
Protecting Our Artists: We value the creativity and dedication of our talented artists who pour their hearts into each piece. Therefore,
cancellations of non-custom orders after payment has been received are subject to a 100% administration fee to compensate for the artist’s time and
materials.
Handling and Breakage: ** The purchaser assumes responsibility for the proper handling and care of the artwork upon receipt. In the event of
breakage or damage caused by any reason, no refunds or replacements will be provided.
